Bilder der Berührungen is a cdrom made by VALIE EXPORT. It’s built around a long version of the experimental film Syntagma, directed in 1983. It is put together through mixed techniques and Expanded Cinema. The film is a complex 18 minutes editing exploring the feminine body like a sign. The possibilities of interactive editing allowed the artist to file about fifty satellite pieces articulating according to the sequences and architecture of Syntagma.
